*Jennifer M. Cox, 21, of Elmira, was charged June 12 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a crash on North Main Street. *Lisa S. Sharman, 32, of Rochester, was arrested June 12 on a warrant charging her with offering a false instrument for filing. *Anthony F. Perno, 38, of Rochester, was arrested June 12 on a warrant charging him with failure to pay a fine on an fraudulent accosting charge. *Gabriel P. Rugiero, 23, of Gaines Street in Elmira, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Catherine Street. *Joshua M. McConnell, 23, of West Gray Street in Elmira, was charged June 12 with unlawful possession of marijuana and also arrested on a warrant charging him with failure to pay a fine on an unregistered motor vehicle charge. *Michael V. Davis, 21, of Watkins Glen and Jonathan M. Nash, 18, of Dundee, were charged June 9 with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child stemming from alcohol provided to people under the age of 21. Nash also was arrested on a warrant charging him as a fugitive from justice. Both were committed to the Schuyler County Jail, Davis in lieu of $2,000 cash bail and Nash with no bail set. *Kevin C. Sorensen, 43, of Moore Street in Waverly, was arrested June 10 on a warrant charging him with violating a Tioga County, N.Y., Family Court order. *Ethan A. Culver, 19, of North Higgins Avenue in Sayre, was charged June 6 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Broad Street. *Kyle T. Holland, 19, no address provided, was charged June 7 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving with a broken tail light following a traffic stop on Garfield Street. *Angel B. Hatfield, 28, of Waverly, was charged June 7 with issuing bad checks totaling $464 to a local grocery store in April. *Jervis L. Goodrich, 39, of Rome, Pa., was charged June 4 with felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving without headlights after a traffic stop on Pennsylvania Avenue. *A 16-year-old boy, of Mill Street in Painted Post, was charged June 3 with third-degree robbery and second-degree assault, both felonies, after an investigation into a report of a robbery. Police said the boy stole property from another youth and assaulted the youth, resulting in facial lacerations and fractures, in the vicinity of Chatfield Place in the town of Erwin. The 16-year-old boy was arraigned in Erwin Town Court and sent to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 property bond. *Police concluded the investigation of a November burglary at a residence on Watson Creek Road in the town of Lindley with the arrest of Richard Dates, 39, of Corning, who turned himself in on June 2. Dates had been charged in Steuben County Court with second-degree burglary, three counts of fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sent to the Steuben County Jail without bail. Also charged previously in the case was a co-defendant, Jill Hogan, 33, of Bailey Creek Road in Corning. She pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted burglary and is scheduled to be sentenced today in Steuben County Court. *Zachary D. Church, 19, of Corning, was charged June 9 with driving while ability impaired by drugs. *David S. Church, 50, of Corning, was charged June 9 with unlawful possession of marijuana. *Tyrone N. Thacker, 29, of Lacombe, Alberta, was charged June 10 with driving while intoxicated. *Kaleb E. Heidrick, 18, of Addison, was charged June 11 with petit larceny at Wal-Mart in the town of Erwin. He also was arrested for violation of probation, police said. Heidrick was sent to the Steuben County Jail. *Mitchell W. Prestridge, 34, of Avoca, was charged June 3 with criminal mischief. He was sent to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond. *Timothy J. Hoose III, 20, of Pratt Street in Prattsburgh, was charged June 8 with second-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Prattsburgh Town Court and sent to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of bail. *Michael J. Loza, 27, of Harrisburg Hollow Road in Bath, was charged June 9 with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident at his residence. Police report that Loza was involved in a dispute with another person. As the dispute became heated, the other party was driving away when Loza retrieved a weapon from the residence and fired at the vehicle as it was leaving the property, police said. The driver of the vehicle and a 2-year-old passenger were not injured in the incident. Loza was arraigned in Bath Town Court and released after posting $5,000 cash bail. *Colby J. Brewer, 28, of Greenwood, was charged June 6 with driving while intoxicated. *Sara M. Wood, 22, of Hornell, was charged June 7 with driving while intoxicated. *Andrew R. Jensen, 21, of Bloomfield, N.Y., was charged June 8 with driving while intoxicated after a personal injury accident on state Route 417 in the town of Greenwood. *Kirk R. Willow, 38, of Rexville, was charged June 8 with unlawful possession of marijuana. *Rebecca S. Fisk, 43, and Chase A. Longwell, 18, both of Belfast Street in Bath, were charged June 5 with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of marijuana and two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. *Police are investigating the theft of several guns from a garage on Rusty Lane in Pike Township sometime between May 14 and June 5. *Cody R. Housler, 25, of Austin, Pa., was charged June 11 with felony statutory sexual assault, felony aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, misdemeanor indecent exposure and misdemeanor corruption of minors after police investigated allegations that he inappropriately touched a 15-year-old girl in May and then had sexual intercourse with her on June 3. He is already in the Potter County Jail on a probation violation, police said. *Police are investigating the theft of five Remington rifles and one Remington 410 shotgun from a residence on North Fork Road in Harrison Township between March 15 and June 11. *Dale Pierce, 54, of Gillett, was charged June 7 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on state Route 549 in Wells Township. *Police are investigating a break-in at a cabin on Crawford Lane in Canton Township sometime between June 2 and June 6 where two bottles of wine and a collapsible lunch cooler were taken. *Jason S. Albrecht, 28, of Reading, and Andrew Middaugh, 19, of Rome, Pa., were charged June 6 with burglary, receiving stolen property, theft and criminal conspiracy stemming from a burglary at the Wysox General Store on June 1. Autumn Learn, 18, of Sayre, was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit burglary and receiving stolen property. All three were arraigned before District Judge Fred Wheaton and committed to the Bradford County Jail. Bail was set at $100,000 for Albrecht and Middaugh and $5,000 for Learn. *Damon S. Smith, 22, of Johnstown, Pa., was charged June 9 with marijuana drug possession. He was arraigned and committed to the Bradford County jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. *A 15-year-old boy from Cleona was charged with theft of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property after allegedly taking a scooter from Beers Auto Sales in Wysox Township. The incident occurred between noon and 12:30 p.m. June 13. He was captured after a short pursuit and taken to a juvenile detention facility in Scranton. *Teresa S. King, 40, of Bridge Street in Corning, was charged June 12 with second-degree criminal contempt. *Glenn Duane Hatch, 37, of Crestwood Road in Corning, was charged June 12 with first-degree reckless endangerment, trespassing, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He was arraigned in Corning City Court and sent to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 property bond. *Rebecca L. Vosburgh, 20, of Pine Street in Corning, was charged June 12 with third-degree criminal mischief. *Darryl J. Partridge Jr., 30, of Fenderson Street Extension in Painted Post, was charged June 12 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. *Curtis J. DeClemente, 53, of West Market Street in Corning, was charged June 12 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no seat belt. *Donald C. Strope, 20, of Tioga, was charged with driving under the influence. He was arrested after his vehicle ran off U.S. Route 15 in Lawrence Township and a struck a culvert. The crash occurred at 3:40 p.m. June 13. *Becky E. Young, 27, of Ulster, and Christine L. Borden, 20, of Wellsboro, suffered minor injuries when their vehicles collided at 2:40 p.m. June 13 on U.S. Route 6. The crash occurred in Charleston Township. Both were released after treatment at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital.
